Master classes have been introduced this year to allow you to spend even more time focusing on certain areas of survival training.
Navigation is the one area that leads to more trouble in the outdoors than virtually anything else.
This class in navigation will be either 2 or 5 days in length, depending on how much time you have and what standard you want to achieve. It will concentrate solely on navigation. Countless numbers are lost in Britain's hills and mountains every year. You shouldn't even consider going into real wilderness if you can't read a map properly. Unfortunately, many do.
If you want to spread your wings and learn to navigate properly, come to us. Once we have covered the theory, it's all practical in the Cambrian Mountains, the Elan Valley and on Cader Idris. Your standard of map reading will dramatically improve and will give you new confidence and ability to explore the wild, safe in the knowledge that you know where you are.
