Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing and returning this booking form.

Once a completed booking form has been accepted in writing by us, all the persons named on the booking form (ie the 'client'(s)) will have entered into a binding contract on the basis of the terms & conditions laid out below. If there is anything that needs further explanation, please feel free to contact us.

1. Payment

All payment must be paid in full at the time of booking and must accompany a completed Booking Form. Clients who do not pay in full will be moved onto a potential client list and may jeopardize their place on a course.

2. Registration

We operate on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you respond, the greater the chance of guaranteeing a place on the course of your choice. Please contact us for course availability.

3. Confirmation

Upon receipt of your booking form and appropriate payment, an acceptance letter or email will be sent to you. Applicants who fail to send in the completed paperwork may jeopardize their place on the course. A final acceptance notice will be sent when all paperwork has been completed and returned to our office and all payment has been cleared.

4. Standards Of Behaviour

Cambrian Survival expects all clients to maintain high standards of honesty, conduct and regard for others. They are to abstain from all use of alcohol. Any client(s) whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable by CS staff may be removed from the course. Circumstances that might warrant this include intoxication, unacceptable behaviour, inability to meet the demands of the course and inadequate clothing or equipment. Should this prove necessary, the client will not be entitled to a refund and CS will not be liable for any losses.

5. Cancellations By Clients

At CS, we try to be as responsive and flexible to our customers' needs as possible. Wherever possible, and when space permits, we will try to assign a client to another course of their choosing. However, should this prove impossible, the cancellation policy is as follows:

Those who leave a course, for whatever reason, after it has started will also forfeit their course fee. There are no partial refunds should you decide to leave a course early.

6. Liability

All courses take place outside and are not entirely risk free. Cambrian Survival does its utmost to ensure that all risks are minimised and clients receive instruction as to how to safely deal with such risks as remain. The client(s) accept that he/she takes part in a CS course at his/her own risk and that accidents may occur where CS is not at fault. Clients acknowledge that all loss, damage and expense (howsoever caused) are not the responsibility of CS, unless negligence can be demonstrated on the part of CS.

7. Complaints Procedure

In the highly unlikely event of a client feeling the need to complain about a CS course, the complaint should be directed to a CS employee during the event in question. This allows, should the complaint be substantiated, for remedial action to be taken. The client understands it is unacceptable to complain at a later date.

8. Admissions

Cambrian Survival is open to all who wish to attend. Our admission process does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, colour, religion, sexual orientation or national origin, but all clients must be able to communicate fluently in English.

9. Discounts

Clients who undertake two courses in a calendar year will receive a 5% discount on their second course. Clients who take 3 or more courses in a calendar year will receive 10% off their 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. courses. Previous clients will receive 5% discount (providing they are on our database or can prove they have attended a CS course) but this is not transferable to family members or friends. Those interested in bringing groups should contact our office for consultation.

10. Cancellation of a Course by Cambrian Survival

If, for whatever reason, CS has to cancel a course, all clients will be offered a full refund or transfer to another similar course of their choosing (providing spaces are available). We reserve the right to cancel a course should the number of clients on a course make it impractical to run.
